This cottage is located in our RV Park and everyone loves the large sunroom. The rate is  $695.00 per week (based on 4 persons) for 2-5 night stays the rate is $110.00 per night(25% shoulder season discount before Memorial Day and after Labor Day weekends).  You can by leasing for a month for $1600.00. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin bunks),with an additional queen size four poster  bed off the end of the sunroom which can be separated simply by closing the curtain, one full bath, sunroom, living room, kitchen, and a covered porch.  The cottage has softened water, central heat, central A/C,  and the utilities would be included.  (See photos for detailed views of this 896 square foot cottage.)  The total occupancy is 6.

You will need to bring your own kitchen & bath towels, paper products, and bath soap.  (Note:  We provide toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags for daily and weekly stays.  For monthly leases we provide dish soap, one roll of toilet paper, and one trash bag.)
