 25% Shoulder Season Discount  Before Memorial Day and After Labor Day Weekends

 Weekly rates are $595.00 per cottage and weeks normally run from Sat.-Sat. or Sun.-Sun. with some flexibility depending on availability.  The rate is based on 4 persons, and the weekly rate for each additional person is $50.00.  There is no charge for children under the age of 2. 

For 2 - 5 nights the rate is  $95.00 per night  for up to 4 persons and $8.00 per night for each additional person.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50.00 per week or $8.00 per night, and require preapproval.  Pets should have a kennel or their own bed as they are not allowed on furniture or beds.  Please note dogs that bark continuously are not allowed. 

Cottages require a partial pre-payment of  $200.00 per week, or $100.00 for shorter stays. Pre-payments will be refunded (less a $50.00 handling fee) only if all the dates are subsequently filled, and no monies will be refunded if canceled within 45 days of your stay. 

You will need to bring your own kitchen & bath towels, paper products, and bath soap.  (Note:  We provide toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags.) 

We do rent a 14' Lund with an 8hp Evinrude, 2 swivel fishing seats, and it comes with it's own boat lift for $130.00 per week and includes the first tank of gas.  We also offer this boat for a rate of $20.00 for 4 hours, or $40.00  per 8 hour day including gas. See photo under the tab for Activities and Photos.  Want to rent a ski boat, pontoon, or deck boat? click here to link to J & K Marine.
